I was disappointed that it took 8 days to get my vehicle back. My previous 2 visits involved my own insurance, Geico, and I had my vehicles back in very good time. I know that Geico customers come first but since it wasn't my insurance paying for it, the repair took a lot longer. The repair work itself was very good, as usual.

There was confusion with the estimates and the work that was done did not match with either quote we had been given. It was very frustrating. We have a second car in need of repair and I’m not sure we will bring it in to this shop. In the end, the work done looks good and was finished in the 5 day timeframe.
