I went to 2 collision places for estimates, but the customer service at Abra put it over the other place. John went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated the efforts made by all the employees. This was my first experience with ABRA and I was very impressed. Everyone was very kind and efficient. They took my cat at the exact time that I had scheduled my appointment. They offered to help me unload my car and load it into the rental car that was waiting. I received several updates on the progress of my repair. I would definitely choose this repair shop again and will recommend it to my friends.
