the email updates had too much fluff in them. A simple "your vehicle will be ready by x" would be better than the giant logo and a paragraph long description of my vehicle being happy (with the actual information in the last sentence). Also probably just need a "we started work" and "your completion estimate has been updated to x" would be sufficient.

At first i was not excited at all, after my suv, was there for a week, and picked it up UN-packed everything out the rental car, noticed the paint job, was a mess, scratches all over the new bumper. I had to un pack everything from the suv back into the rental that took about 30 mins for me to get into. Then i had to wait 5 days to get it back.

David from enterprise rental was great as well. I'm really glad I listen to his sales pitch on purchasing extra coverage on my vehicle.
Another young man working with David on Wednesday who was in training did a nice didn't even know he was training until the end.
Tonisha the young lady at the desk needs to work on her ppl skills a little more. She wasn't rude but she was customer friendly either.
