The question is a bit tough to answer fairly: I'm quite happy with Anderson's work, with the communication, and the service; all top notch. I was surprised, though, that Geico overlooked a small bit of work that should have been done on the front bumper, that was part of the accident damage. Minor, and not what I have experienced from Geico in the past, but disappointing.

HOWEVER, THE 2 SMALL BOXES OF STUFF IN MY TRUNK WERE THROWN ABOUT; INDICATING WHOEVER THE PERSON(s) THAT DROVE MY VEHICLE BEFORE AND/OR AFTER THE REPAIR DID SO WITH SOME SPEED WHILE MAKING SHARP TURNS. IN SHORT, CUSTOMERS DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE THEIR VEHICLES OPERATED IN THAT FASHION NOR WOULD MOST DRIVE SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY IN THAT MANNER. LUCKY I DIDN'T SEE IT!
