The young lady who was handling my claim was great as for the repairs made ..not so great..it took 4 four times to get right things that should of been fixed right the first time. The time frame that they complete things is terrible. .they say one week and it takes them 2 weeks ...but I will say that Angle the lady dealing with my claim was absolutely great..

I was having problems with a shake front bumper on my Camaro. Jody and the body shop guy put their heads together and built a custom bracket and now the front bumper is solid like it should be. Great job! Only real complaint - someone with muddy feet drove it and left my SS custom mat with mud all over it.

I feel it took excessively long to repair my car. I waited almost a week just to get stripes replaced on my vehicle after the major repairs were done. Geico indicated that I should go with you guys because of your speed. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be the case with my repair. On a positive note I appreciated the daily text updates of my repair status. I also appreciated the friendliness of your staff when I picked up my car.
