They were awesome! They replaced my entire front bumper and it only took 4 days! I had my car repaired at a different shop last year and that company took 3 weeks to paint the passenger side doors. It was so refreshing to have a shop that follows through on it's promises. When I dropped it off on a Monday at 9:30 AM, they told me it would only take a few days and I didn't believe it. But when they notified me my car would be ready by Friday, I was so so happy! I picked it up Friday and it looked beautiful. I have others I know who are having car repairs take 2-3 months and I will be telling everyone I know to take their car to Bay Cities!
