Didn't make true to their mission statement that their "customers leave with a positive impression.
Answer number 2 on their History (company website) is a resounding NO...
"We ask ourselves these three important questions:
Is the structural integrity placed back into this vehicle?
Is the vehicle back to its pre-loss condition? NO!!
Would we trust putting our own mother back in this vehicle
The person Mr. Guest was less than professional when he did not accompany the customer back to the vehicle and showed him what was fixed. A computer explanation is not enough... Perhaps he actually knew of another problem (hissing sound in the back that DIDN'T exist prior) that resulted in a less professional manner and was just shrugged and concluded as "coincidence"... NOT COMING BACK AGAIN and hopefully no one ask me about your service.
