Repair took almost 6 weeks. Completion dates would come and go and I would have to call for an update. Was told car would be fully detailed and wasn't. Windows not clean, wheels dirty and not even a good job getting all the water wiped off the car. Plus, missing the plastic cowling under the engine and check tire light just came on.

Everyone was great and helpful. The only thing was that I was told the car would be cleaned. The floor mats were in the trunk uncleaned. There is still what looks like vomit under the passenger seat. The floor on the driver's side was also dirty. The thief's belongings were also all left in the trunk.
