Many Thanks to Terri and Horacio for taking good care of my car. I noticed some minor scratches on the front bumper and Horacio was very responsive to it. He told me to take it back for repair when the clear coat is cured. This makes me very happy and thankful that I've entrusted this location for my car repair.

The interaction I had with Service King employees was great and the work was great as well. But the text alert system was way off.
Example. On the day my car was due to be complete, I received this text:
Update: Hi Joseph. Your Mercedes repair is underway! We look forward to seeing you in about 12 days from now. Service King
2 ****/2 hours later I received this text:
Update: Your Mercedes is all fixed and ready to come home! We will call you soon if we haven't already, to arrange pick up. Service King
If the alert system is this far off, it should be disabled until it works properly.
