There was in issue w bill. I had same issue last time I used you guys never found out if it was Allstate or your company. Luckily issue was resolved much quicker this time. Last time I had to leave vehicle for 4 days before resolved. I'll find out Monday who was at fault. But bigger issue is because of that I was not able to inspect car w manager. I found uneven gaps in door and since it was already closing time and had to get my father home and was already upset over confusion decided to wait until Monday. Door also does not close properly and more paint is scraped along door than I remember there being I'll get w Allstate to check there photos door gap needs to be adjusted and also whatever adjustments need to be done so door closes correctly without having to slam door shut.
