Had the pleasure of working with Chet, can't say how happy I was to have someone that is passionate about there work and how they interact with a customer. My car being newer and having part location issues I knew would be a long job ****-2 months. The entire time once a week I would receive updates from Chet about my car and check how I was doing as well. A+++ Service, if I ever have an accident again with any of my cars this will be the only shop I take it to have service done.

I forget her name, but the woman at the front desk who was assisting me in getting everything worked out and organized, was great! She went above and beyond, with a polite and professional attitude, and absolutely left a good impression in my mind about your business. It can be very difficult and frustrating dealing with the GSA and their fleet vehicles, but her work ethic and positive demeanor really shine through!
