We had tried to have the recall taken care of at another Honda location but because the customer service was so poor, our friends recommended to bring it to Buerkle, where the previous owner of the vehicle had it serviced.
Bob was the first person I met and he was friendly and kept me up to date on the status of things.
When I brought it in, Pollo was also very friendly and accommodating and I was grateful to have a loaner vehicle while our Honda was serviced. The whole experience was positive and I will be recommending Buerkle to my friends and family. Thank you!!!!!
