I had my truck repaired at your facility probably 3 years ago. My ex-wife brought her car in for repairs and specifically gave a new telephone number and contact e-mail because we are no longer married. I was called telling me the car repairs would be delayed and now I get a survey intended for her. You need to get your **** together (pardon the french). Also my truck repairs took over a week longer than promised and I know her car took close to that amount of time. Both times it just happened to be a screw up at the supplier who supposedly sent the wrong parts. You guys need to think up some new lies.
