I used craigs based upon a friend's recommendation. The outcome was less than expected. I was not concerned about cost only the results. What I got was no better, maybe even less, than any other body shop even after expressing that cost was not an issue. I would give them 3 out of 5 stars for doing semi adequate work. Probably better than some but not near what I would have expected based upon their reputation.

I feel kind of dirty answering this question 'no' because as always, my car was completely repaired and in great condition. My only complaint (and I am telling you because I know you usually do better) is that the two storage areas in front seat console were not vacuumed....I took my little black and decker vacuum out to finish and even took the felt pad into the house to clean with a brush and vacuum. I think someone got interrupted as they were finishing and forgot to go back to this. I will continue to recommend you to all my friends.
