Don’t **** me and make lame excuses when communicating, just be honest…. But saying something should take 2-3 weeks and then stringing me along for 3 and half months. Your shop cost me over 3k$ of rental car cost, completely because every week I was told it should be done the next week….I’ll be leaving an honest review with google and everywhere else I can. I was impressed when I first took the car in for an evaulation before repair. Service was immediate and estimates came via email very quickly and very completely. Because I was asking for some addition estimation for other than insurance reapir I was also impressed when I asked if "he would do it to his own car?" and the answer was No because it is all cosmetic." I appreciated the honesty. then the service appointment came. work done very nicely and quicker than I thought and they even cleaned up the inside the of the van. I'd recommend you to anyone.
