The staff....they made it satisfactory. The paint and body work done, was very good. The estimator or whomever the lady was(can't remember her name), was very friendly and assistive. Even with my frustrations, she helped make this experience, not so bad....remember, my truck was hit....nobody really wants to in this scenario.

Car still in repair shop. new issues with engine temperature level monitor arose after all issues claimed to be resolved by repair shop. Still waiting for car to be fixed completely. Was told that if issue was caused by accident then they would fix it but if not then I would have to pay. Issue was not caused by accident it was caused after car in shop. No eta given for when I can expect my car returned. Receiving text stating that my car repair is complete when it is not.
