I was called and told my vehicle was ready three different days after it was placed in theshop on august 4th. The person at the counter was only interested in receiving payment before the work was started. My last call was yesterday telling me my vehicle was ready, and when i followed up this morning the person didnt know and said he would call back immediately and he didnt call at all. I will never use your repair facility again.

Car wasnt proffesionally done right. I was told to bring it back so they can fix the flaws but im scared to , as the car has already been worked on for over 14 days . I was told it passed 2 quality control test but once i got the car , it shouldnt have passed at all. There is loose rubber seal around the door , messy job on inside of door panel and some parts were unpainted.
While they were working on car. I spoke with a lady named pearl and she was very unproffesional and got loud on the phone with me with an attitude . This is jus the worst experience ive had when it comes to fixing my car at a collision centre.
