First of all everyone was very friendly and very accommodating. They continually followed up with me which I appreciated. Hopefully I’ll never have to bring my car back there but if I do I’ll definitely bringBack to Darcars

Worst experience. They took over a month to fix my car, even though they said 2 weeks. Bad customer service team, they made me wait for long periods of time over the phone. The day i had to pick up my car, they only gave me the keys and did not properly showed me where my car was. Very upsetting situation.

the inside the cabin was very dirty; dust everywhere even jnside the ventilation, my audio system doesnt work. exterior front bumper and hood not aligned, my break pedal is very stiff, pain droplets on certain parent of the car. Engine bay cover in dust, alot of cabin and car part seem to be rushed back on. Day one of getting the car battery completely dead, and only what i can see now
