I really appreciated the quick, curteous, and efficient service from all members of your team. The text updates were great, especially letting me know that my car was happy and safe, and will soon be home!
I guess the only negative would be the 11%!! interest charged on the enterprise rental, I was expecting the out of pocket to be only about half the amount, so getting my car back quickly made a big difference on the final amount I had to pay.
