Great service from all, but I would point out that the receptionist seemed to have a bit of an "I really don't care" attitude. Not that she was mean, but she wasn't friendly like all the other individuals I came in contact with. Would it hurt to act like you are actually glad that you have customers? That's not what I sensed from her when I dropped off and picked up.
