Allied Auto Body did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and for the price they said, actually a little cheaper in the end. I was kept up-to-date with text and never had to wonder if the car was just sitting there and nothing was happening. It was a stress-free nd an excellent experience.

My car looks great-like brand new! You all were amazing to work with. I love that I got email updates throughout the process so I didn't have to wonder what, if any, progress was being made. The **** or 2 times that I called with a question, I didn't have to wait for a call back(or keep calling back myself) to get an answer. Brittany either had the answer already or put me on hold to get it. While that seems like something very simple, I can tell you from calling other body shops right after my car was damaged, it is rare. One of your competitors was supposed to call me back two months ago about when their "hail damage team" would be available and have yet to do so. While I really hope I do not need body work done again, I will be calling you guys if I do!
