It is nice and convenient to have the insurance company, the body shop and the rental all in one place. The staff were all nice and friendly. The body work was nicely done. Though no one can feel my car ****, my aunt and I felt it the very next day. She told me to have someone ride with me when it happens, but I'm just done with it. I do not plan to keep the car long. This is nothing against the body shop but more to do with Chrysler. I will never own another Chrysler or an American-made vehicle.

Ur automated repair tracker ****!! The e-mails sent to me that tracked the repair were totally erroneous. Went to pick up my car on two occasions after receiving e-mail advising me car was ready. Not so! Even gave up my rental thinking mine was repaired only to find out there was a computer glitch mistakenly posting pickup and repair dates were wrong. Someone needs to correct ur problem or trash the program. Very very misleading to say the least!
