The lack of communication from the repair team to us was poor at best. At no time were we contacted to inform us of the delays in the repairs. Also we received 2 emails at completion. One said the repairs were complete and ready for pick up and another that said the repairs were complete but during the course of the repair another issue was noticed. The second, from Dustin, never asked in the email as to how we wished to proceed with repairing that issue. The whole customer experience was poor at best. The repairs look ok.
