First of all, every employee that I dealt with was professional & accommodating. However, my Mustang was "repaired" 2x & still isn't fixed correctly. The trunk liner gaps & the trunk doesn't close flush, & it sits up higher on the right side. I owe $19,000 on this vehicle...Carfax has it listed for $16,500 w/o the accident. An accident, that again wasn't my fault (someone rear ended me while stopped) & yet I have to suffer w/ an expensive vehicle depreciating faster than need be. The trunk should've been replaced.

I had repairs done before from Hoffman and I was very satisfied it only took a few days this time I was extremely dissatisfied because for a few things to be completed on my vehicle it took a week to complete simple repairs. I felt like I was put on the back burner to get my repairs done and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle.The customer service sucked employees were rude over the phone.I will never choose Hoffman again to do any repairs on my car and I will encourage other people to go somewhere more efficent and pleasant.
