I have always been the "do it yourself type" and I would highly recommend this facility..... From my car being towed to being updated every mon-wed-Friday this has been an easy 2 weeks... I myself am in the car business, and know thee importance of communication and satisfaction..May I add, you have an asset to your company in MELINDA, she has made this very easy with the updates she provided and her communication skills are super! Please don't take the following "opinion" as a bad addition: When providing the customer with an update, there should be something stating that the texts are able to be responded too.. I feel as if I couldn't respond and I did not want to ignore Melinda for her effort reaching out to me... thank you for the hard work and keep being awesome!
