Communication was good overall and I could tell my caseworker was trying her best to provide updates, but it could be better when there is a delay to communicate the reason to the caseworker so that person can pass it on to the client. Overall, though, I was very satisfied. The job was done well- good paint job and good body repair. I would recommend this place to friends.
