I waited about 10 or 15 minutes for my van that was supposed to b ready. No problem. Had to take off work and lose pay no prob. Had a lot on my mind. Van finally ready. Looked good. Handed me the keys and said have a nice day. I honestly forgot I needed to sign papers and pay. Lady called me as I was turning in my rental car and WAS SO RUDE! No prob. Dropping off kids and wife at home so I can go back and car overheats. A hose was disconnected and no water left in radiator. While waiting for my van to cool off so I can put water in it and return, lady calls back and is so rude again! I lost it. Raising my voice pretty high at her. I couldn't believe she was treating me like a criminal for leaving without paying! I explained Your people gave me a key and saw me off in a van that was supposed to be running. The reason I'm not back yet is because it's broke down already. AND SHE WAS SO RUDE! She threatened I was being recorded and on speaker phone and everybody can hear me. How unprofessional. She should be fired in my opinion. I told her I would talk to her manager when I got there. Thankfully the manager called me back and was very nice. Smoothed things over and had tow truck arranged to get my van. Still have no vehicle now but I guess that's my problem. My overall experience was not good.

As for Danny Solis, Thank you for having great customer service skills as well as keeping me well informed with the process of my vehicle while it was being repaired. I would and will recommend people to your collision repair center anytime.
