Not once they call to give me an update of my car I called they told me they were going to give me a call back never did I don't even have my car yet I have no idea when it's going to be done they said it was going to be ready on Wednesday I don't even have my car yet I should of gone somewhere else the service was not good at all

Car is not complete. I can see the metal of my car floor.
There are dirty handprints everywhere they touched. The good news is your employee recommended a good cleaning product. That's right, he told me what to use to clean it myself. You have a winner there! I spoke to the manager and he will have the car completed and cleaned Monday. I was given a time frame of 6 days for my repair and it took 22. Maybe next week they will get it right?
