New tire on front left required balancing by a third-party there ,is still some vibration, vibration should've been caught in the final drive by the collision center

My vehicle puttered and shaked/jerked violently after driving it for less than a mile when I picked it up from the shop yesterday. I asked the shop if they checked my vehicle not only externally but also mechanically and I was reassured that it was. It was obvious that my vehicle was not tested if it was roadworthy. I'm very disappointed.
