I was completely satisfied with the service and more importantly, the wonderful team that took care of my GLK. Fred Ellis was awesome and kept me in the loop on the progress of the repair. He treated me with respect and kept me constantly updated via email and phone. Denise, the office manager is kind and treated me like family. I would recommend this team to anyone who has the need. Made an appointment with Fred so that the parts needed would be on hand. All went very well and the vehicle repairs were done prior to the completion date of 12/11/18. The work was very professional and the Van looked great. The accident occurred in TN and I'm glad I waited to have the repairs done here in FL. Excuse me, but I forgot the lady's name in the Office. Fred, was great! I am not familiar with what one is to do at a Collission center but as far as provindong customer service he did an excellent job. Since the beginning, he made sure he explained everything in detail. When I picked up the vehicle he was sure I was satisfied with the repair they provided..
