Based on my home address I was given the name of two facilities I could go to. I am so thankful I chose to go to AutoNations center. Lonnie and the girls in the office were fantastic upon my arrival. I brought my five-year-old granddaughter with me and the girls took her under their wings and gave her things to do to keep her occupied. I had spoken to Lonnie several times in regards to working out a time to bring in my vehicle... I needed to coordinate a time when I would have access to another vehicle and that became quite difficult due to my son needing to have an engine replaced in his vehicle during a time he had a short road trip for us (to take his daughter to see the eclipse in SC.) meeting my vehicle by August 19 became really important so I called Lonnie to verify my vehicle could be finished in time if I brought it in that day--- he assured me it would be done in time... we brought the vehicle in right away! Lonnie did not disappoint, he kept in touch by phone or text daily, had the vehicle done by Thursday afternoon. Due to traffic issues we agreed I would pick up the vehicle Friday morning. It looks beautiful and I am very pleased at the outcome. The only concern I have is regarding the vehicle being watertight. After my accident it leak like a sieve and until it rains at a angle or intensity it will be impossible to determine if it is watertight… I would expect with it being able to shut tightly that there should be no issue with water entering the inside of my vehicle. Thanks to Lonnie, the rest of the office staff and Lonnies' "guys". You have made me a happy and very satisfied camper!!!!

Hello... My Jeep took more than a week to get repair for some simple stuff. Got a call to pick up my car, and when I got there and he gave me the keys and I got into the car it was missing parts and screws, it wasnt even cleaned from the broken glass. We had to wait for more than an hour in the shop because they had to take the car back and of course put the parts that were missing and also finish cleaning the car. What bothers me the most is that they had the car mlr more than a week and couldn't even cleaned right or install the right parts until they waited for the other parts to arrive. Really dissapointed. We already was part of a Robery, the last thing we want is to have a bad time where ever they're fixing our car. Mind you this was my Fiancee's birthday gift on June 3rd. So sad all of this is happening to us.
