From my first contact with AutoNation to my last goodby I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Marc Decker was my interface. He made my experience completely worry free for me. He arranged for my rental car and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs.
The car was returned to me in like new condition. I especially appreciate how clean the car was inside and out. If I ever need body repair again I will definitely give Marc a call.

This is my 3rd time repairing my vehicle at this location. Every time , Marc and his team made me feel like I am the only customer for them. Quality of workmanship is outstanding but really make this place different than any other is customer service. I am working for hospitality industry and it is really hard to impress me when it come to customer care. Last time, the parts didn't arrived to the shop on time so Marc called me to let me know it will take one more extra day. I understood that it wasn't their fault but I was pretty disappointed because I had to travel to out of state next day. Marc called me just before the shop closed and told me that the parts were just got delivered and he called the mechanic to drive back to the shop to finish my vehicle so I can pick up my car before the travel. They opened the shop 2 hours after the closing time just for me. What a service!! Marc and his team just earned lifetime customer today!! Thank you!! Amber
