Sarah Westphal and the rest of the team did a great job. We were very happy with Sarah's frequent and detailed updates on the status of the repairs. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, patient and thorough in answering our questions. She and the team were careful with the repairs, replacing parts that were damaged, including the tailgate due to a dent. It was also a big plus that Autonation used genuine Toyota parts instead of aftermarket for the repairs. Overall we're very pleased and would definitely recommend Sarah and the Autonation team to anyone in need of repairs.

I've been a loyal customer of Toyota dealerships since I bought my vehicle in 2010. I've had all my maintenance done at certified Toyota dealerships. So when I had a bit of damage on my bumper that required the bumper be replaced, I figured I'd get it done at a place I knew and trusted. They initially quoted me 900 for the bumper repair and a 3-4 business day time frame. This was on a Tuesday, they said it'd be done by Friday or Monday at the latest. They said they'd call me. An entire week rolls by and I haven't heard anything from anyone about the status of my vehicle, so I call them and am immediately transferred to a phone number that repeatedly brings me to voicemail. I leave a message on Friday and Monday, with my name and my number. Come Tuesday, I decide to go to the dealership myself to figure out what's happening, only to be greeted by a man who has no idea where my vehicle is and is also telling me that the quoted price is now 400 dollars more expensive than the original price quoted to me. I get absolutely no help at all until Chris Cortez comes into the picture and figures out that, somehow, the phone number I've had on file with them for years isn't correct(which is a complete mystery because I've had no problems with them calling me on prior visits). He gets me a loaner vehicle(which isn't usually part of their policy and was a very nice gesture) and reassurance that they'll figure out why the price jumped so much as well as guaranteed calls and emails about the repair status of my car. That's great. I get a call from the repair guy, Gavin, who tells me the price was more expensive because they needed additional parts. Uh huh. Alright, fine. He says it'll be done in a day. Another few days roll by, a full 24 hours after the initial second promise, and I receive a phone call at 5pm that my car is ready for pick-up but they're all leaving for the day so I better hurry over and pick it up. That's fine, I really want my car back, so I head over and am very sorry to be arriving so late and inconveniencing them.... Then an employee Rick hands me a bill with an extra 120 dollars tacked on to the already inflated price tag. For context, the initial quote was 900. Now they wanted nearly 1400. I tell him this. He says he'll "move some numbers around" and disappears for five to ten minutes. When he comes back, he triumphantly tells me that he's saved me a whopping 80 dollars! Wow! I ask to see my vehicle. When I go out to inspect it, I find that not only is the "new" bumper slightly scratched, but that there's a HUGE scratch in my back bumper where someone clearly smashed it into something. Rick says the repair shop will fix it, but I don't care about that. I want the price lowered, I don't want to pay nearly 1300 dollars for a job that took twice as long as advertised and became 500 dollars more expensive.

My headliner was water damaged due to a roof antenna not being installed correctly and leaking. I heard the leak but could figure out where it was coming from until I happened to look up while I was in the back of the getting stuff out. This was not my fault and I don't feel I should have had to pay anything even though the warranty expired the end of May of this year. I love my Car, I just got done paying it off and had to pay for repairs that were defects on the Car. Cost me 170.00 for a Honda Defect. NOT RIGHT!!! I was offered 60/40 % from Honda. Makes me think about buying a Toyota Next Time. Keith Thompson. On the other hand wax extremely helpful and got my car fixed very quick.
