Provided necessary information. When I got there he coordinated everything with Farmers Insurance and arranged a rental car for me for repair period. He fully explained the repair process and time it required. The repair was done professionally and my car was delivered back to my as promised. My car looks great, no complaints there! However, I don't know why, but I left several messages to a representative of Auto Nation Collision Center, and she never returned my calls. Originally she left me a message asking me to call her back so we could schedule a time for me to drop my car off. I called her back several times, leaving messages, and she never would call me back again. So I eventually called the dealership service center and scheduled with them.
