Customer service was excellent, communication was thorough and the work was too notch. The additional cleaning to the exterior and interior was a very nice bonus. It's very uncommon to have a business go above and beyond these days, but you guys certainly knocked it out of the park.

This is my second vehicle that I have repaired with Black Walnut. The work is superb and there are no complaints. Extremely satisfied with the work. My only comment or suggestion would be that there should be more communication with the customer. I never know the status of the vehicle. I always need to call to find out the progress. It would be nice to receive update calls, i.e., “your parts have been ordered and it should be two weeks for the repairs to be completed “. That would be nice. Thank you.
