The service was excellent and the repair appears to be complete. My challenge was that my search of the name Service King gave me nothing that matched the address that Geico provided. Only by using a yellowpages search and the phone number did I come up with Thoroughbred Collision Center.

I received my car back with about 8 dings in it that I had never noticed before. At drop off, one of your associates walked around the vehicle making note of any damages. She only noticed one ding in it. And that was also the only ding I had ever been aware of. I pointed this out to Dustin who said that my car was covered in find (couldn't prove this with any pics tho) & said my car was dirty when I dropped it off, that's probably why his associate failed to mark them off. My question is this...if my car was so dirty that the find weren't observable at drop off, then why did Danielle notice the inge ding on my vehicle that I WAS aware of??? Dustin said since they didn't have photos, he couldn't prove it wasn't them who caused them. So he told me that he would have someone fix a few of the dings, but not all of them. I can understand his skepticism. And given that skepticism, I understand he is trying to compromise. But from a customer's standpoint, this was not satisfactory since I had never seen any of those dings before on my vehicle (except the one that Danielle also observed when doing her walk-around).
