Technicians working around areas that are fixed, should pay more attention when working around freshly painted areas,Came across an issue when a technician had installed a license plate on the bracket in front of my bumper that was just replaced and painted, and drove screws into the fresh paint on the bumper. The reason why I am completely satisfied is you guys immediately fixed it, and took the time to do it right. Thanks!

Everyone provided excellent service: the receptionist, the staff at Enterprise, Carlos who was overseeing the repairs and Mike with Geico, who handled the insurance authorization. I appreciate Carlos recommending replacing my outer bumper for cosmetic improvements in addition to the repairs . This saved me time and money in labor costs. I especially appreciate Carlos and the team completing the repairs in 24 before I had to leave town. Everyone was friendly and communicated with me clearly and frequently. I would recommend Service King to others.
