Service King tries especially hard for USAA members. I appreciate that. The body work is beautiful, all systems with switches in the door are restored perfectly. Service King paid for a new battery when the old one abruptly failed the morning of the last day they had the car. I appreciated that too.

I had a really bad accident no fault of my own.
Service King towed my car there. They gave me a ride there to see my car and the damages. They gave me an estimate the next day.
Service King they kept in touch with me via text messages and Emails about the status of my repairs and the progress every day. They immediately contacted my insurance they gave them a quote on how much it would be to fix my car. Then they got me a rental car right at Service King there was a Enterprise's Car Rental store. They made it very convenient for me.My car was almost totalled but with working with Service King and my insurance they were awesome confirming and completing an Excellent repair. They were very professional,Caring,and efficient.
The Customer Service was Superior in that they were Honest,Communicated well,and kept it real they reassured me in a moment of despair.
I give Service King 5 Stars.
