The service advisor could do a slightly better job keeping me informed of the steps and expectations going through the process, especially as I had a unique case with 2 claims, but I may be overly critical since I work on service event management for an OEM. It took longer than the estimated time ,I loose my rental for two days I spent money of my packet paying taxis to take me from point A to point B the truck still visible on of the scratches and they no even change the tail light. For the service the I got is so overrated compared to other shops. I going a lose more time and money in gas to take it back to fix the discrepancies in the truck.
