Someone went through my car, threw all of my papers out of the glove department on the floor. They took all of my change that was in my car, the change was about 20 dollars, seemed like someone was looking for something to steal. My car was a mess in the inside and I felt robbed!!

Updates were not correct when they were texted to my phone. The car was kept longer than expected. When I came to pick it up there was a brand NEW scratch on my brand new door. I also felt we weren’t even thanked for bringing our car in to be worked on. The customer service rep just disappeared back into the building and I had to ask the front desk girl if it was OK to leave. Very odd. We have used the Newcastle location several times with great satisfaction. I will not be back to the Renton location nor recommend it.

Car was very messy dust everywhere, the interior was not fully set back. My car was driven 20 miles I understand the fact the car is needed to be test drive but without any permission. This car was purchase couple months literally brand new. OEM scratch sticker where gone. Totally disappointed.
