Preston at the front desk was amazing! The car looks great. All in all it was a great experience. The issue is that I am not sure why I made an appointment, it was minimal damage to repair (bumper reflector and paint), I was told it would take 2 days and it took 4. That was my only issue. Otherwise, it could not have gone smoother.
