Mesha was great. I appreciate the willingness to submit the supliment to the insurance company although it was denied, but I still do not feel like the car is back. When I veer to the right there’s no noise, but when I veered to the left or remain straight, there’s a clicking sound that comes from the front tire. (That wasn’t there before) The trunk is still not fixed. Also the man in front of me was given a free oil change for his inconvenience and I feel mine was pushed to the wayside. The van I received from Enterprise arrived dirty inside and out and was not comprobale to my car. I am a bit disappointed.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely courteous. The work done on my car was fast, efficient and effective. Jesse was especially professional. He kept me updated frequently on work progress and likely completion dates and times. The interface with State Farm and Hertz has been, so far seamless. My only suggestion is that a shuttle from Curry to Hertz and back might be nicer than using Lyft drivers. There were no specific problems with Lyft drivers; I'm just not used to it. Otherwise, I would recommend Curry Honda's services to anyone. I plan to make this dealership my first stop when I'm ready to upgrade to a newer car.

The light over license plate dudn’t Come on till I tapped both sides. ( dud anyone actually check before I came). I was told they would straighten out license plate and replace bottom bolt.... wasn’t done. I questioned and he seemed a little “ put out”. End result was fine but I do get frustrated over quality of customer service.... not just you- it’s everywhere.
