When I dropped my car off, I explained to them (and wrote it down in the appropriate field) that my car had been hit, was pulling to the left, was requiring a 5 degree right correction to go straight, and a humming noise occurred at 40 mph.
When I was told to pick the car up, it looked ok... But still pulled to the left and humming noise at 40mph still present. It is obvious no effort was made to check into it. No test drive was done either.
