This was not express repairs like it was supposed it took well over a week to put on only a few parts on my car. When you depend on a vehicle for work and you do not have it things become difficult. The personnel we're not responsive and I needed to call several times to check on the status of my vehicle. If I did not I do not think that they would have called to update me at all. I was supposed to get it back several days before I did, and it is a good thing I called before I just left work early to pick it up, because it was not done. Overall the customer service was lacking.

Everyone was very accommodating, and the service was pretty fast. One disappointment: only after-market parts were used in repairing the bumper....not a perfect fit.
