Estimate was 3 days. Didn’t get car back for close to 2 weeks after dropping it off. Called after about 5 days only for them to tell me they ordered the wrong door. Said it would be 3 days to get the new door. I called a week later they said it would be done the next day. Never got a call the next day had to call only to be told they would call back in 15 mins. Didn’t ever call back after 2 hours I had to call. They said I could come pick it up. Very satisfied with the repair and finish. But VERY dissatisfied with customer service
