Everyone that I spoke to regarding progress on my vehicle, from Kaila Hoose to Adrian Gagliana were professional, courtesy and beyond helpful. I didn’t get to the shop until almost 5:30 exactly and felt awful but Adrian could not have been kinder. From checking me out quickly, explaining what everything meant on the receipt, going over my car with me and to turning my car on so that it would be warm in the freezing weather and putting my bags in, he went above and beyond. He is an excellent asset to the Keenan/Abra team and hopefully he’ll continue to grow in his career within.
