Grille on my vehicle was replaced with the wrong color, and after driving my vehicle at night I noticed my headlights are properly working, I have no high beam on the side that was replaced. And just physically looking at them from the outside I can see that all the bulbs that are off,(fog lamps, etc) when I turn just the low beams on, are slightly lit up, I will be bringing the vehicle back when I get off of work on Monday the 11th to have this addressed. At this point I'm unsatisfied for these items.

As a busy, working mom I was extremely grateful that you took the extra time to do this. It made my day! I will definitely be returning in the future...hopefully just for car service and not collision repair ;)

It looks gopd!

Well I had several communication issues with getting updates on the status of my vehicle. Then after picking up my vehicle I went to install my son's car seat and upon opening the lift gate noticed the inside of my cargo area including things that were in there were covered in a fine white dust that was not there prior to dropping it off for repair. Additionally after inspecting the rest of the car there were dirt smudges on the interior passenger and driver door. I keep my car very clean and am quite upset.

To Whom This May Concern: My car was at Heritage Collision for a total of 19 days (July 24th - Aug 11th). I understand that a couple of those days don't count because my repair specialist was waiting for a supplement to be approved by my insurance company (Allstate). I was also informed that body work isn't done over the weekend, so the two weekends in between don't count as well. However, there are small pebbles under the paint just beneath the gas tank. It appears that the paint wasn't blended well. Overall, I feel like even though my car was at the body shop for as long as it was, that the job was a bit rushed towards the end. Thus, I am not satisfied with the final result of the repair work. I attended the Toyota New Owners event at the Heritage Toyota in Catonsville. There was a rep from Heritage Toyota Collision center there. He spoke about the importance of having body work repairs done at the Toyota Collision center to ensure that quality Toyota parts are used and the warranty on those parts. That is why I made the choice to have my care repaired at Heritage Collision after the accident. In the past I've gone to Russell Collision not too far from Heritage Toyota in Catonsville. They've done terrific work in the past. I kind of wish that I would have had my car repaired there. Sincerely, Stefanie C

Inside my car was Dusty from the repairs that's the only thing I was not completely satisfied with but I'll see over the days go with the work that's been done.
