****. It took too long 2. I'm getting a warning that the gas cap needs tightening 3. Once the car would not shift out of park 4. No one called me to say the car was ready and it would be delivered to Mile One Silver Soring. The car looks great and I'm pleased about that It was easy to pick up at the local dealer

The service we received was mediocre! The first estimate on our car was $2200! Then the car was towed to the shop and Ahmed called with a $5500 estimate! My husband is an employee and should not have to go through this! We called Ahmed and he changed the estimate to $2200 but then charged us FULL ( not employee price) for a new front bumper! We ended up paying almost $2800! We waited three days for "clips" to be ordered, sent, and put on! Then we get the car and the clips are white and not black and they are cheap! Some of the clips never made it on the car! Some of the shields and protectors weren't replaced !!!! Ahmed got to the point where he would only talk to me and wasn't really available when my husband called! It was a lot for an employee!!!!!! We should have had better service!!!!

The moment I stepped inside the office, all were very courteous and professional. The staff (Ahmed, and all), thoroughly explained all details and process. All questions were answered, easing my concerns. There were updates, during the vehicle repair process. I will recommend Russell Collision to others. I actually traveled 35 miles, for the experience.
