When a customer calls to ck on the status of their vehicle, the msg should be fwd to the tech. I was promised a call back several times because they claimed he was at lunch each time I called. No one takes a lunch break for 3 - 4 hrs. Other than that, Ryan was awesome!

This is a fantastic auto body shop! My car looked like new when I picked it up. Not only are their prices fair and reasonable (self-pay in my case, I did not run it through my insurance), but the final cost came to be actually lower than the original estimate given to me. Other body shops would have simply kept to the original estimate, but Service King found a way to actually lower the cost and save me money. I had never experienced this with any type of work I’ve had that required an estimate. I highly recommend this 5-Star outfit to anyone!

Everything was good except it took a week longer than expected and I was paying out of pocket for a rental. Also, my windshield was supposed to be replaced and it wasn't. The actual work was good though, the repair looks brand new :)

The work was great- however I was told my Jeep would be ready three days from dropping it off, however it was in the shop for two weeks. I’m not a fan of the text messages. If things were going according to plan, they’re great, but all I got ere texts saying that the dates were being pushed back with no explanation. I finally got a phone call and was told my Jeep would be ready the next day or at the very latest the day after, and it was in the shop an additional week with no notification. Very unhappy with how it was handled. This was my first time at this shop and had seen such good reviews, I’m very hesitant to go back. The work looks great on it though but I’m not sure I can trust how long my car would be in the shop in the future
