From the moment I spoke with Jodi to learn about the process and then met Les at the dropping off, I was treated with the utmost courtesy. When I called to ask a question you didn't "brush me off", but made sure that my question was answered properly. You gave me periodic updates via texting. Again, I was treated with respect and you arranged for my rental car pickup and return. And when the car came back it looked like new! The paint matched exactly and no detail was forgotten. I am extremely pleased.
